Cakes! Cakes! Cakes!
A Dessert to Remember Forever: Kitchen Wishes’ Sweetest Bet
A cake is, above all, a symbol —
the tangible expression of celebration, of joy.
The moment of dessert marks the peak of every party,
whether it’s a wedding or a birthday.
That’s why, here at Kitchen Wishes,
we take cakes very seriously.
They are the quintessence of our work —
the visible, edible translation of someone’s dream come true.
Turning people’s expectations and emotions
into something real and memorable
is a responsibility we never take lightly.
For us, a cake isn’t just a dessert — it’s a story.
Beyond Sugar and Showpieces
We’re not particularly fond of traditional fondant cakes —
beautiful to look at, perhaps, but dull to serve and forgettable to taste.
We don’t aim to create something that only shows off
the pastry chef’s technical skills.
We aim to create something that resembles the people we’re celebrating —
a cake that becomes, in two words,
an exquisite moment to remember forever.
The Sweet Element of Surprise
Over the years, many have trusted us completely —
choosing to be surprised,
accepting not to know what we had in mind
until the very last moment.
Our cakes are not only a surprise for the guests —
they’re a surprise for the hosts themselves.
For example:
Rossella and Marco’s cake was a landscape of blancmange
accompanied by two bespoke cocktails — one for her, one for him.
Claudio, for his birthday, created his own personal cake live,
in front of his guests.
Valeria and Pietro found a sweet reminder of their first meeting in Courmayeur:
a pool of whipped cream ready to dive into,
surrounded by shortbread, meringues, and fresh fruit.
And for Sara and Chris, the cake turned into…
a pyramid of limoncello shots!
Every Cake, a Promise
To each their own cake.
To each their own dream made real.
For us, every time is a new challenge —
a bet on our ability to listen,
to delight,
to surprise those who choose us
to shape one of the most meaningful moments of their lives.
At Kitchen Wishes, that’s exactly what we love to do.
