From there, moving toward a closer partnership came naturally.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But honestly, our <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">first real collaboration<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> was\u2026 my wedding!<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Giulia and Elena handled all the organization \u2014 I took care of the music.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Tell us about your favorite Kitchen Wishes event and what you did for it.<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Definitely <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Momenti<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. It allowed me to create a true \u201csound garden.\u201d<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I worked on sonorizing the space, using electronic compositions mixed with real kitchen noises.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The synergy with the entire Kitchen Wishes team that day was pure magic.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>What do you love most about creating music for events?<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I love improvising.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I rarely plan a setlist \u2014 I prefer reading the room: the age of the guests, their mood, their energy.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My favorite part is finding <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the right track at the right moment<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My idea \u2014 which perfectly aligns with the Kitchen Wishes philosophy \u2014 is that every situation has its own unique atmosphere.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Music shouldn\u2019t be \u201cone size fits all,\u201d but rather reflect the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">soul<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of the event \u2014 just like the menu, the drinks, the decor.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Why did you choose to focus on events and sensory experiences rather than the usual club scene?<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Playing at these events is stimulating because you can\u2019t be invasive.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Music has to be like a gentle breeze \u2014 something people feel, not something that overwhelms them.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guests should be free to interact while still sensing something that makes them smile, tap their foot, or unlock a memory.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Music is a powerful <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">switch for memories<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I also love exploring the connection between sound, environment, and taste \u2014 especially during a dinner.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s a truly <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">multisensory<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> experience, and that\u2019s what excites me.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s completely different from a dancefloor, which is stimulating too, but on a different level.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Before we go, tell us a funny or unusual story from one of your gigs.<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oh, there have been plenty.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once, while I was playing Miles Davis, someone came up and asked for a song by Adriano Pappalardo.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">People\u2019s minds are mysterious\u2026<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Another time, a Russian guy tried to give me \u20ac100 to play a cheesy Russian pop song from the \u201980s.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But maybe the best one was when someone asked me:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cHey, does the music come out of the turntables or the speakers?\u201d<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My answer?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><i><span
